How does BellaSins work?

Create an account, add credits, and press start. BellaSins instantly connects you with the next available verified woman on a private 1-to-1 video call — no swiping, no waiting. You can keep chatting by text after the call, too.

How do credits and billing work?

Are calls private? Are they recorded?

Your calls are end-to-end encrypted and are not recorded by us. We never store the audio or video of your conversations. Recording or screenshotting another member is strictly prohibited under our Community Rules.

What languages are supported?

BellaSins includes live two-way translation across 21 languages, generated in real time so you can talk naturally with people around the world — even if you don't share a language.

Is BellaSins safe?

How do I get bonus minutes?

You earn free bonus minutes as you go through our milestone rewards program — no gifts or coins involved. Bonus minutes are promotional and have no cash value.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time via the contact page. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data we're not legally required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund?

Consumed minutes are non-refundable, but unused purchased credits may be refundable in limited cases (such as a billing error). See the Refund & Billing Policy.
